Customer Always Right? Lanciao lah!

In the view of most salesman and bosses, customers always right, no matter what.

But come on lah! For people who really doing the work, you have to listen and try to understand what they are facing also what!

Customer said nonsense thing and want nonsense things, we also have to create for them lar!?  When we already try to create the impossible, then we are blamed for not doing it well lar? Give short short time frame, want to get the impossible things instantly!?

How the fuck can you ask people to fire their project manager who is doing very good job, just because he refuse to become a yes man to commit to every single of your nonsense request lar!

My project manager is so far the one of the best I ever worked with, and he don’t force those who deliver the impossible work to always do impossible things!

Example, you give a few project as below:
1. Build 1 rocket to fly to Mars (1 month timeframe)
2. Build 1 time machine (1 month timeframe)
3. Build 1 dozen of Gumdam (1 month timeframe)

Engineers available: 2

Then all 3 projects have to run concurrently!? Like this is just 1 month time for complete up all 3 impossible projects lar woi!

And have to fucking complete with documentations and user guide in this timeframe some more!?
